Description


Provide secretarial support to Associate(s) in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Main Tasks:

  • Understanding of billing procedures in preparation for client billing
  • Open, read, distribute and filing incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
  • To assist with compilation of documents for due diligence exercise.
  • Knowledge in conveyancing.
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and document
  • Operate electronic mail systems
  • Maintain databases, scheduling and event calendars
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conference, travel arrangements
  • Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented
  • Make copies of correspondence and other printed material

 

Experience Required


  • Holds a Professional Certificate in Secretarialship or equivalent.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Must be a careful and meticulous person.
  • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility and initiative, interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Those with legal experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • IT savvy (eg. basic understanding on networking and database)
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen or holds relevant residence status.
  • Must be willing to work in KL.
  • Full-time position only.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
