Description
Provide secretarial support to Associate(s) in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Main Tasks:
- Understanding of billing procedures in preparation for client billing
- Open, read, distribute and filing incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
- To assist with compilation of documents for due diligence exercise.
- Knowledge in conveyancing.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and document
- Operate electronic mail systems
- Maintain databases, scheduling and event calendars
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conference, travel arrangements
- Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented
- Make copies of correspondence and other printed material
Experience Required
- Holds a Professional Certificate in Secretarialship or equivalent.
- An excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Willing to learn.
- Must be a careful and meticulous person.
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possess strong sense of responsibility and initiative, interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
- Those with legal experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- IT savvy (eg. basic understanding on networking and database)
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or holds relevant residence status.
- Must be willing to work in KL.
- Full-time position only.
